Industrial Glucose

Industrial glucose, also known as sewage treatment industrial glucose or cultured industrial glucose, is made of high-quality starch or rice by raw material, refined and concentrated by amylase liquefaction and glucose enzyme saccharification to form lump glucose, which is cut and dried into glucose powder. White powdery solid, slightly sweet. Solids ≥80%, DE value 80-95, widely used in fertilizer, chemical industry, microbial fermentation, sewage treatment and other industries.

Application in industrial water treatment

1. Used as a water quality stabilizer

1) With obvious coordination effect, the corrosion inhibition and flocculation effect are greatly improved, suitable for various formulations of molybdenum, silicon, phosphorus, tungsten, nitrite, etc.

2) Contrary to general corrosion inhibitors, the corrosion inhibition rate increases with increasing temperature.

3) The technical requirements of scale inhibition ability have a strong complexing ability for calcium, magnesium and iron salts, especially for Fe3+ with excellent chelation.

4) As a corrosion inhibitor for circulating cooling water, it is unmatched by other corrosion and scale inhibitors currently used, and can achieve the effect of eliminating pollution.

2. Industrial glucose is mainly used to treat sewage with activated sludge.

The microorganisms involved in the treatment of activated sludge need to continuously absorb the necessary nutrients from the sewage in the surrounding environment during their life activities, including carbon sources, nitrogen sources, inorganic salts, and certain auxins.

Adding industrial glucose during the commissioning of sewage treatment can provide a carbon source for the cultivation of bacteria, improve the biodegradability of sewage, and effectively improve the affinity of sludge. If the COD and BOD in the running system are not enough to supply the growth and reproduction of bacteria, it is necessary to add Industrial glucose to prevent sludge aging and biological activity decline.

Packaging and storage

Woven bags, lined with plastic film, 25kg/bag. It should be placed in a cool and dry place indoors to prevent sun and rain, and should not be mixed with toxic, flammable and perishable items.
